Midoa
NON-HOMOGENISED PEMBROKESHIRE MILK, FRESH FROM YOUR LOCAL DAIRY FARM
At Midoa our milk only travels a few metres from cow to bottle, making our Pembrokeshire whole milk as fresh as it can be!
The Roberts family began Midoa at Llwyngwair Home Farm, they are passionate about their cows, their environment and their local area in Pembrokeshire, West Wales.
“We want people to rediscover great tasting milk, supplied directly from a local Welsh dairy farm.”
Learn More
Our family run Welsh dairy farm produces rich, grass fed, top quality milk, supplied in refillable glass milk bottles, directly to the customer. The milk is pasteurised, but isn’t homogenised or standardised like most shop bought milk, it’s tasty like, ‘milk used to be’, with a layer of cream on top!

The Product
At Midoa we produce fresh wholesome milk, straight from the farm, reminiscent of the traditional milk found on float deliveries of the past in Wales.
The techy stuff – we don’t ‘homogenise’ the milk which means we don’t break up the fat particles, so the cream doesn’t separate, we don’t standardise the milk either, this is when milk is separated into cream and liquid and then re-blended to create the required amount of fat for skimmed, semi-skimmed etc.
With less processing, our milk tastes creamier, either give it a shake or find a spoon & enjoy the tasty cream on top!
